2. The Simmonds family listed here appears on two sets of RootsWeb pages, one belonging to Brooke Mahnken and the other to Shirley Elwick. Both of these people appear to be descendants of John's son Allen. It is from their sites that I have taken the details of the burial of John and his wife Sarah.
