Sarah Spearpoint's parents are given in the IGI index and Edward Spearpoint & Lydia. I am guessing that Edward is a mis-transcription of Edmond, admittedly mainly on the grounds of wishful thinking. In brief summary, the reasons are :
i. There is a couple called Edmund and Lydia Spearpoint who are breeding actively in the same parish at the same time. The two children born to Edward + Lydia neatly fit in to gaps in the list of children born to Edmund + Lydia.
ii. If Sarah's father really is Edward, then there is no reference to his birth.
iii. Note that there is also an Eliza Elizabeth Spearpoint born to Edward & Lydia in 1815. In the case of this child there is the supporting evidence that, between 1807 and 1817, Edmund + Lydia had 3 daughters, all of whom were given the middle name of Elizabeth.
