1. In the marriage certificate of his daughter Teresa, he is described as Giovanni Battista Stagnaro fu GioBattista, which tells us that Giovanni's father was also Giovanni Battista and that the latter was already deceased in 1838.
2. The death record for Teresa's son GioBatta says that the informant was Giobatta Stagnaro - Aged 50. If this is her father it implies that he was born about 1789.
1. In the marriage certificate of her daughter Teresa she is described as Geronima Massucco fu Bartolomeo which I believe tells us that her father's name was Bartolomeo and that he was already deceased by 1838.
2. The civil record of her death in 1869 tells us that she was aged 77, implying a birth date of about 1792. She was the daughter of Bartolomeo Massucco and Chiara Peri. One of the informants was 'Bartolomeo Massucco fu Domenico' - then aged 50. Its not at all clear how he was related.
