1. Christopher emigrated to Australia, leaving from Tilbury on a ship named the Moulton, arriving in Fremantle 7 October 1949. He was accompanied by his wife and 3 eldest children. There is a suggestion that he had some previous contact with his Aunt Theresa, and this was the contact which led him to choose Western Australia.
2. He had 7 children (of whom the first 3 were born in England). They were Peter, Christine, John, Linda, Andrew, David and Mary - all are believed to have remained in Australia. Of these, Linda married Raymond Pallier and I am in touch with their daughter Anne-Marie Connault, who has provided this information.
