Frederick Edward Kedworth WHENMAN of Windsor Road, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey - Builder The Kingston Mutual Benefit Building Society SUBJECT Frederick Whenman is mortgaging a plot of land on the North side of Glenville Road, Norbiton, Surrey, to the Kingston Building Society for £150. We are told that a house is in the course of erection on the plot at this time. The second indenture of 9/3/1895 added on the back records that Frederick Whenman has borrowed a further £50 from the society on the same security.
