SUBJECT Jonathan Fallowfield is selling a plot of land on the North side of Glenville Road, Norbiton, Surrey, to Frederick Whenman for £59. It appears to be a building plot with, as yet, no house built on it. The plot is described as Lot 22 on the Norbiton Estate. The preamble suggests that the plot had been mortgaged in 1873 with the mortgage subsequently being transferred to Jonathan Fallowfield in 1889. The mortgagor has since defaulted allowing Fallowfield to sell it.
