PARTIES George ISAAC of Winchester, Hampshire - Bishop of Hereford and Warden of St Mary College, Winchester William ETHERINGTON of Winnall, Hampshire - Victualler SUBJECT The Warden, Scholars and Clerks of St Mary College, Winchester, are granting a Lease on property in Winnall, Hampshire, to William Etherington. The property consists of a messuage with garden or orchard and loft, and has a boundary of the "main River" towards the West of 318 feet. The lease is for 30 years at a rent of 10/-d per annum. There are two copies of this Document - the Lease and the Counterpart Lease. The latter is signed and sealed by William Etherington; the former is unsigned. They are for sale separately, each at the price shown above. The Counterpart Lease has a note added on the cover that "The Premises became the Dean and Chapter by Act of Parliament passed 12 July 1837".
