(Clerk) SUBJECT The document concerns a piece of freehold land with a dwellinghouse known as 6 Warlingham Road, Thornton Heath, Surrey. We are told that Alfred Lockhard had agreed to sell the land to Frederick Wilcocks for £150, but that no conveyance was ever executed. Since then Frederick Wilcocks has erected a dwellinghouse on the plot and has agreed to sell it to Henry Vasey for £785. The conveyance is now being completed with £150 paid to Alfred Lockhard and £635 to Frederick Wilcocks.
