SUBJECT John Coventry is leasing property in Fordingbridge to James Millar for 21 years at a rent of £5 per annum. The property consists of Burgate Cottage with about 5 roods of land, marked as plot numbers 905 and 901 on the tithe map of Fordingbridge. We are told that James Millar has already spent £300 on repairing the cottage.
