| THOSE CONCERNED
William PLUMPTON of Spalding, Lincolnshire. Tailor. John SMITH of Spalding, Lincolnshire. Shoemaker (deceased). SUBJECT The document contains a declaration relating to the title to a cottage in Spalding formerly belonging to John Smith (died 1831) and his wife Ann (died 1857). Thereafter the cottage passed to their only son, Thomas, (died 1872). William Plumpton and Sarah Smith, the widow of Thomas, then became trustees of Thomas Smith's Will, and wish to sell the property. The declaration is in support of their title to it. The cottage is near to the South East side of the Old Westlode Drain and faces Pinchbeck Street. | ||||||||||||
