SUBJECT Harold Gregson is buying property in Forest Hill, Kent, from Thomas Standen for £500. It consists of 5 houses on the corner of Colfe road and Trilby road, Forest Hill. A second Indenture of 1898 has been added on the back, but it was never signed or dated and has since been crossed out. This second contract makes it clear that Harold Gregson bought the property in the capacity of a Trustee acting for Edward Willett of Hartfield Square, Eastbourne, and John Godfrey Baumach of The Temple London.
