Benjamin HODGSON of Nafferton, Yorkshire. Builder., John WARD of Great Duffield, Yorkshire,. Baker. SUBJECT This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which John Ward is buying property in Nafferton, Yorkshire, from Benjamin Ward. The property consists of a one third share of a plot of 4 acres of land which had been enclosed out of the common lands of Nafferton.
