Anne STOGDON of Chylton House, Surbiton, Surrey. Widow. William Cole COLE of Highfield, Exmouth, Devon. Esquire. Thomas LATIMER of Exeter, Devon. Printer. John William PETHERICK of Exeter, Devon. Gentleman. John STOGDON of Exeter, Devon. Gentleman (deceased). SUBJECT The document begins by reciting the will of John Stogdon who died in 1859 having appointed his wife Anne Stogdon and his brother in law William Cole Cole as executors and trustees. Their instruction were to sell his real estate as soon as convenient and accordingly they are now selling property in Exeter to Thomas Latimer for £700. The property consists of a dwellinghouse in Gandy Street, Parish of St Paul, Exeter. John Petherick appears only as a trustee acting for Thomas Latimer and plays little real part. | |||||||||||||||
