Daniel SHIPP of Yate, Gloucestershire. Yeoman. And MARY ANN his wife. Caroline SHIPP of Yate, Gloucestershire. Spinster. SUBJECT The Document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1828 in which Daniel and Mary Shipp acquired property in Yate. The conveyance used at that time placed the property in trust for Daniel and Mary for their lives and then to be divided equally between any children. There are two children, Caroline and Thomas, but Daniel and Mary are now altering the terms of the trust so that the property will pass to Caroline alone. The property consists of a tenement together with an orchard known as the Cot Orchard, of 1 acre 20 perches, and a piece of arable land of 2 acres known as Westfield. | ||||||||||||
