John LEE of the Parish of Shaldon St Nicholas, Devon. Shop Keeper. Robert COSTER of East Teignmouth, Devon. Linen Draper. SUBJECT John Lee is selling property in Shaldon to Robert Coster for £250. It consists of a plot of land with a house erected by John Lee and known as Walls End. We are told that this is part of the Manor of Ringmore and that a 9-year lease was granted to John Lee in 1790.
