Edmund HARRIS of Coleshill in the County of Berkshire - Yeoman Henry WARMAN of Restrop in the Parish of Purton in the County of Wiltshire - Farmer Joseph Sadler REYNOLDS of Corsham, Wiltshire - Farmer Joseph KINNETT of Cricklade, Wiltshire - Farmer William WARMAN late of South Marston, Parish of Highworth, Wiltshire, Farmer (deceased) SUBJECT This document relates to the sale of property formerly belonging to William Warman who died in 1871. He had appointed Henry Warman and Joseph Reynolds as his Trustees and these have sold various parts of his property to Edmund Harris and Joseph Kennett. (See our document reference 0704050 for the sale to Joseph Kennett). There are some earlier deeds which relate to both properties but which will be held by Edmund Harris. Accordingly, this is a covenant by Edmund Harris to produce them if required by Joseph Kennett. The two deeds mentioned are dated 1839 and 1866 and both mention large numbers of members of the Warman family. | |||||||||||
