Henry COOK of Swindon in the County of Wiltshire - Confectioner The Oxford Building and Investment Company Limited Walter GRAY of Oxford - Auctioneer SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that in 1873 John Dover mortgaged property in Swindon, Wiltshire, to the Oxford Building Company for £900 to be repaid within 14 years. The Oxford Building Company has now petitioned for winding-up and Walter Gray has been appointed Liquidator to supervise the process. Accordingly, Walter Gray is now selling the property to Henry Cook for £700. It is in Eascott, Swindon, fronting onto the North side of North Street and bounded by Western Street on the East. | |||||||||||
