The Oxford Building Company has now petitioned for winding-up and Walter Gray has been appointed Liquidator to supervise the process. Accordingly, Walter Gray is now selling the property to Henry Cook for £700. It is in Eascott, Swindon, fronting onto the North side of North Street and bounded by Western Street on the East.
