SUBJECT Zachariah Huggins is selling property in Nettleton, Wiltshire, to James Tayler for £1100. It consists of 15 acres of land called Logstone Leaze. We are told that Zachariah Huggins only bought the land in March 1811. The sale is by the method of "Lease and Release" of which this is the second part. William Huff is acting only as a trustee for James Taylor and plays little real part.
