Osborne YEATS of Wortly House, Parish of Wotton Underedge, Gloucestershire. Esquire. William Alexander LONG of Kingswood, Wiltshire. Clothier. SUBJECT This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Osborne Yeats is selling property in Kingswood, Wiltshire, to William Long. It consists of a house with about 70 acres of land, for which it includes a long list of field names and acreages. It appears that Alexander Long already has a lease on the property since we are told that it is occupied by an undertenant of his. | |||||||||||
