Broome PINNIGER of Chippenham, Wiltshire. Gentleman. William WARMAN of Marston, Parish of Highworth, Wiltshire. Dairyman. SUBJECT The document relates to 2 parcels of meadow, each of 5 acres, in the Parish of Purton, Wiltshire. One is known as the Little Common Ground and the other as Old Lands. We are told that in 1820 this property had been mortgaged by Stephen Warman to William CRIPPS of Wootton Bassett for £500. William Cripps has since died leaving Broome Pinniger as surviving executor. The mortgage is now being transferred from Broome Pinniger to William Warman. | |||||||||||
