SUBJECT Richard Locksmith is mortgaging property in Pulham St Mary on adjoining parishes to Thomas Copeman for £700. The property consists of a farmhouse with about 200 parcels of land totalling 82 acres which is a mixture of freehold and copyhold tenure.
