It consists of a cottage with yard and garden laying on the North side of the public road to Shipdham. We are told that John Fox had received the property from the will of his uncle Robert Barker on land acquired in 1787 by his wife Susannah Barker. Thomas Gould acts only as a trustee and plays no real part. James Plumsaul is the holder of certain deeds which are relevant to the property and covenants to produce them if required.
