Joseph LEE of Ilford, Essex. Merchant. William WORTS of Little Yarmouth, Suffolk. Miller AND Mary his wife. SUBJECT We are told that William Worts and is wife Mary had mortgaged property in Horning, Norfolk, to Joseph Lee for £2000 in 1808 (see our Document Ref 070423). In this document, the mortgage is being paid off and accordingly, Joseph Lee is surrendering his 10000 year lease on the property. The property is listed in considerable detail and consists in summary, of a newly built capital messuage, 9 other cottages, a malthouse, bakery, blacksmith's shop, and about 11 parcels of land totalling 34 acres. | ||||||||||||
