Benjamin Samson ROFE of Tenterden, Kent, Farmer Henry LEIGH of Tenterden, Kent, Sadler John MACE of Tenterden, Kent, Surgeon and Apothecary Joseph MACE of Tenterden, Kent, Grazier SUBJECT This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Benjamin Rofe and Henry Leigh are selling property in Tenterden to John and Joseph Mace. It consists of a messuage with barn, stable and several pieces of land totalling 10 acres, bounded on the East by the Kings Highway.
