Edward Winser is mortgaging property in Tenterden, Kent to William Waterman for £300. The property consists of a messuage, warehouse and stable, together with three-quarters of an acre of land.
We are told that Thomas Weston is acting as a trustee for William Waterman, and that William Longley is a trustee for Edward Winser.
There is mention that part of the property had at one time been owned jointly by Edward Winser and William Langley. A further note tells us of a Thomas Winser who had also been a previous owner.
