SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that John McAlister died in 1885 leaving a Will in which he gave leasehold property in Penzance to Bridget Woodman for her lifetime and then to her son John Woodman. The property consists of a dwellinghouse at 22 Alma Terrace, Penzance, and was subject to a 95 year lease which began in 1877. Bridget and John Woodman are now selling the residue of the lease to Charles Trenear for £316.
