John HAYWARD formerly of Stoke Ash and noiw of Standroell (?) Lodge, Parish of Thorndon, Suffolk. Gentleman. Philip PIPE of Brundish, Suffolk. Farmer. Robert HAMMOND of Wetherden, Suffolk. Gentleman. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1817 in which Philip Pipe mortgaged property in the parishes of Brundish and Dennington to John Hayward and Thomas Wayth for £700. Thomas Wayth has since died and John Hayward is now transferring the mortgage, of which the original £700 is still outstanding to Robert Hammond. The propety consists of a Leasehold farm of 19 acres, part of which is on the South side of the highway from Brundish Church to Frosley (?) Bridge. | |||||||||||||
