Spinster. SUBJECT We are told that in January 1892 Arthur Holloway gave a 99 year lease on property in Croydon, Surrey. It consisted of 10 houses (even numbers 34 - 52) in a new road called Naper Road. They had previously been known as Brunswick Villas, Wellington Cottages and Cologne Cottages. In February 1892 he also appears to have sold the reversion at the end of that lease to Jane Woodley. Julie Justins is now selling the residue of the lease on numbers 34 and 36 Napier Road to Mary Adams for £80. | |||||||||||||
