Thomas KELSEY of Ousefleet, Yorkshire. Esquire Robert Cornelius EMPSON of Ousefleet, Yorkshire. Esquire John KELSEY (deceased) of Garthorpe, Lincolnshire. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that John Kelsey died in 1867 leaving a will in which he gave his property to his son Thomas Kelsey, but subject to an annuity payable to his wife Milbah. Thomas Kelsey is now selling part of that property to Robert Empson for £70. It consists of one "Cow gate" which is the right of pasturage for one cow on unenclosed land in the township of Adlingfleet. The document mentions a related Indenture of 1861 which involves a William Kelsey and Catherine his wife. | |||||||||||
