SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that in 1848 Francis Hoyles mortgaged property in Wrangle, Lincolnshire, to Rebecca Martin for £170. Rebecca Martin is now asking for repayment and, as a result, Francis Hoyles is transferring the mortgage to Frances Odling, and at the same time borrowing an additional £30. The property consists of one messuage divided into two tenements, and a second messuage with a barn, outbuildings and an acre of land. It is on the West side of a lane called Little Lane.
