SUBJECT The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1855 in which Frances Odling lent £200 on a mortgage on property in Wrangle, Lincolnshire. Frances Odling died in 1876 having appointed Thomas Oglesby and Henry Cutforth as Trustees and Executors of her Will. George Walker and West John Rainey who are acting as co-partners, are now paying £200 to Oglesby and Cutforth and are taking over the mortgage. The property consists of one messuage divided into two tenements and a second messuage with barn, outbuildings and one acre of land. It abutts on a road called Little Lane to the East.
