George Morley SAUNDERS of Carlton Chambers, Regent Street, London. Esquire. Stanley Grantham HILL of Forest Lodge, Branksome Park, Bournemouth, Dorset. Esquire. SUBJECT George Saunders is selling property in Boscombe, Hampshrie, to Stanley Grantham Hill for £328 It is a plot of 40ft x 77ft on the West side of Walpole Road. The plan shows that George Saunders owns other property immediately to the North and East. The purchaser undertakes to build on the plot within the next 12 months, but he is allowed to build either a Meeting House according to plans already agreed, or one or two private dwelling houses of similar value. It appears that this document was originally signed by Stanley Grantham Hill but the signature was later torn out. Since stamps have been added to make this a legally valid duplicate copy, we can presume that the contrqact was actually completed. | |||||||||||||
