The property is now being sold to Henry and Louis Willett for £22,500. It has previously been owned by other four parties who are trading as partners under the name of "Bolingbroke Jones & Company". We are told that earlier members of the partnership has been William Jones and Fanny Cecilia Bolingbroke (widow) but "They have ceased to have any share or interest in the business".
