SUBJECT George and Ellen Auld are buying two houses at numbers 64 and 66 Belgrave Street, Darlington for £318. We are told that John Anwyll bought this (together with other properties) jointly with Thomas Swinbourne in 1904 but the latter has since died. John Anwyll has since erected two houses on the plot.
