| PARTIES - to the main indenture
William CHRISTIE of Walsall, Staffordshire. Saddle Manufacturer. James TREES of Walsall, Staffordshire. Esquire. ADDITIONAL PARTIES TO THE 1902 INDENTURE Samuel TREES of Toronto, Canada. Merchant. Elizabeth TREES of Torquay, Devon. Spinster. Christopher Charles TREES of Charlton Kings, Gloucestershire. Gentleman. SUBJECT In the main indenture, William Christie is mortgaging property in Walsall to James Trees for £1400. It consists of 4 houses and other shops on a plot of 980 square yards on the North West side of Station Street. The second indenture tells us that James Trees died in 1896 having appointed his brother, Enoch Trees, together with Samuel, Elizabeth and Christopher Trees, as his executors. Enoch died in 1898. This second indenture records that the mortgage has been repaid and reconveys the property to William Christie. | ||||||||||||
