SUBJECT The document begins by reciting the Will of William Kings who died in 1812 leaving property to his nephew William Corbett and a legacy of £50 to his niece Elizabeth Corbett (now Elizabeth Butler). William Corbett is now selling the property to William Russell for £105 out of which the £50 legacy is being paid direct to Samuel and Elizabeth Butler. It consists of a messuage called Hillfields "being at the Parkway in the Parish of Ledbury", Herefordshire. | |||||||||||||
