Joseph WEST of The Ham, Parish of Clifton upon Team, Worcestershire. Gentleman. John PRITCHARD of Bosbury, Herefordshire. Yeoman John DOWNES of Woodend, Parish of Evesbach, Herefordshire. Gentleman. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1789 in which John Pritchard mortgaged property in Bosbury, Herefordshire, to FRANCIS BENNETT DERRY for £150. Then in 1797 the mortgage was transferred to Joseph West and the loan increased to £250. In the present Indenture the mortgage is again being transferred to John Downes. The property consists of (1) a cottage called Hanley Gate with 4 acres of lands in Bosbury. A dwelling house (2) called Hanley Hill with several small parcels of land totalling about 3 acres.
