George Emelius HANNAM of Bromstone House near Margate, Kent. Gentleman. The Rev Richard Burton of Rothley, Leicestershire. SUBJECT This Indenture concerns a mortgage on property at Coddington, Herefordshire, known as th Moor Fields Estate. The 15 parcels of land totalling 59 acres which make up this estate are listed in a schedule to the Indenture. We are told that Henry Edward Vale mortgaged this property to George Hannam and Richard Burton for £1,310 in 1860. This mortgage is now being transferred the Rev Richard Burton alone. | |||||||||||||
