Thomas MORETON of Northwich, Cheshire. Surgeon. William HEALD of Castle Northwich, Cheshire. Builder. SUBJECT Thomas Moreton is selling property in Castle Northwich to William Heald for £350. It is a plot of 390 square yards and is bounded on the West 'by an intended street leading out of the Chester Road". There are four dwelling houses built on it. We are told that this property had first been mortgaged to Thomas Moreton in 1869 for £275 by John Mottershead, the latter then borrowed a further £75, and finally, in January 1873, sold the property to John Moreton in settlement of his debts. | |||||||||||||
