Laboure Ann DAVIS wife of William DAVIS James TRIGG of The Coppice, Parish of Walford, Herefordshire. Farmer. SUBJECT The Indenture concerns a cottage with 5 acres of land at Bishops Wood which is part of The Coppice Farm. We are told that in 1808 William and Ann Davis mortgaged this property to John Harris for £40. William Davis is now selling it to James Trigg for £80, but of this sum £41 (to include interest) will go direct to John Harris to clear the mortgage. The sale of the property to JamesTrigg is by Indentures fo Lease and Release, of which this is the second part.
