SUBJECT The document begins by telling us of a mortgage made in 1883 in which Mary Sutton and her then husband, Robert Wright Sutton, borrowed £450 from Louisa Greenhalgh. This mortgage was then transferred to Mary Whitelegg in 1885. Mary Sutton is now repaying the mortgage and the relevant property is being reconveyed to her.
