SUBJECT This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which John Daines is selling property in Great Wakering, Essex, to George Belcham. The property consists of: (1) A parcel of land of 2 acres used as a Brrickfield which was previously part of Wakering Hall. (2) A parcel of 4 acres bounded on the West by land of Wakering Hall and on the South by land of North Shoebury Hall.
