James Williams of Great Malvern, Worcestershire. Esquire. Thomas Winwood of the City of Worcester, Worcestershire. Carrier. Richard Price Hill of City of Worcester, Worcestershire. Gentleman. SUBJECT James Williams is selling property in Claines, Worcestershire to Thomas Winwood for £71. It is a plot of 920 square yards with two new proposed roads along the South and West boundaries, formerly part of Blacksmith's Meadow. We are told that James Williams acquired this plot in 1833 and has now sold it by auction at the Crown Inn at Droitwich. Note that Richard Price Hill appears to act only as some sort of trustee and plays little real part (but he does also appear to be the owner of neighbouring land). | |||||||||||||||
