SUBJECT
This is the second part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which James Walker is buying property in Beverley from Abraham Peacock for £1500.

It consists of:

(1) A building on the West side of Lairgate Street, lately erected by Abraham Peacock and used as a theatre.
(2) An adjoining building also lately erected by Adrrian Peacock and used as a still-house.
(3) A parcel of land of 3 acres also on the West side of Lairgate Street known as the Dove Cot Garths.

Abraham Peacock and Jane his wife agree to acknowledge a fine and common recovery concerning this property.
