SUBJECT John and Mary Hopper are mortgaging property at Croft in the North Riding of Yorkshire to Matthew Waterhouse and Sarah Buckley for £450. It is a plot of 209 square yards with a dwellinghouse on it, bounded on the South by the public road from Croft to Stapleton.
