Richard Hoodlass ROWSON of Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire. Solicitor's Managing Clerk. Joseph OLIVER of Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire. Blacksmith. Walter Rupert AINSWORTH of Great Grimsby, Lincolnshire. Timber Merchant's Clerk. George Frederick FOLKARD of Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire. Slater. SUBJECT Richard Rowson, Joseph Oliver and Walter Ainsworth, are selling property at number 2 Berkeley Street, Kingston upon Hull, to George Folkard for £440. We are told that the plot of land had been mortgaged by Edward Good to Rowson, Oliver and Ainsworth for £850 in 1895. Edward Good has since built a house on the plot but has evidently defaulted on the mortgage. | |||||||||||
