SUBJECT Richard Rowson, Joseph Oliver and Walter Ainsworth, are selling property at number 2 Berkeley Street, Kingston upon Hull, to George Folkard for £440. We are told that the plot of land had been mortgaged by Edward Good to Rowson, Oliver and Ainsworth for £850 in 1895. Edward Good has since built a house on the plot but has evidently defaulted on the mortgage.
