Grocer. SUBJECT The Indenture concerns a plot of land with buildings at number 33 St George's Street, Commercial Road, Peckham, Surrey. We are told that a 99 year lease on this property had been granted in 1852 at which time the buildings on it were then newly erected. The residue of the lease came into the hands of Richard Chaplin in 1865 and he is now selling it to Alfred Butcher for £230.
