Richard DICKSON of Stockton upon Tees, County Durham. Esquire. William Joseph COLTMAN of Aldborough Hall, near Boroughbridge, Yorkshire. Esquire. SUBJECT Richard Dickson is selling two small pieces of waste ground to William Coltman for £14 and 4 shillings (£14/4/-d). Both pieces are at Woodmansey, Yorkshire, adjoining the turnpike road from Beverley to Hull, and also adjoining land already owned by William Coltman. We are told that Richard Dickson is Lord of the Manor of BEVERLEY WATER TOWNS and the land is presumably in that manor. | |||||||||||||
