SUBJECT Thomas Jones is granting a 99 year lease on property in the Parish of Llantwitvadre to Edward Lewis at a rent of £2/2/5d per annum. The property is a plot of 361 square yards on the East side of the turnpike road from Pontypridd to Llantrissant. We are told that Edward Lewis has erected 3 messuages on the plot. He also appears to have an option to build additional houses with provision made for the rent to increase if he does so.
