Rev James MUSGRAVE of Chinnor, Oxfordshire. Edward CHURCH of Hinton Waldrush, Berkshire. Yeoman. Thomas PARROTT (deceased) of Bath, Somerset. Esquire. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting the Will of Thomas Parrott who appointed James Musgrave as a Trustee with power to sell his property in Berkshire and the City of Bath. Edward Church has since bought property in Longworth, Berkshire from the Trustees for £349 but it appears that there are doubts about the title to that property. Accordingly, James Musgrave is entering into a covenant to defend the title and indemnify Edward Church should it prove faulty. | |||||||||||||
